Send a request and the host accepts. Then you pay the ₹59 platform fee — plus the seat price on a community group bus — and your seats are confirmed.
At pickup your host shows a 4-digit PIN. Entering it in My trips verifies the host and tells us the trip actually started.
Close out the trip and rate each other. Your rating feeds both Trust Scores.
