When do I get my deposit back?
Your refundable deposit is credited back to your wallet once the trip is verified, less a small deduction. You can track it in Wallet.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the trip from My trips and tap Cancel. If you cancel well before departure, your deposit is returned in the same way as after a completed trip.
How do I verify my identity?
Go to Profile, then Verify identity, and connect DigiLocker. Verified members get a badge on their public profile.
Can I report a co-traveller?
Yes. Open the trip, tap the person’s profile and choose Report. Our safety team reviews every report.
